It’s got a perfect blend of amazing weather, tasty food, cafés full of cakes around every corner and beaches within 30/45 minutes. What’s not to like about this small European paradise?

In February I went back for the 3rd time in a year, this time paying a visit to Monserrate Palace in the gorgeous town of Sintra, watched Benfica’s Champions League football match — we won 1-0 🎉 — and ate my way through all the pasteis de nata (Portuguese custard tarts) I could find.

In case you’re curious, I recorded the entire video on a KitVision Escape 4KW action camera. Ironically it isn’t great recording in 4K, but it’s actually a very affordable camera that records very good quality 1080p HD footage, which makes up for it.
